Do I need a referral to receive therapy?
Referrals are not required for treatment. However, some insurance carriers, including Medicare, may require a referral in order to agree to payment. Contact your insurance company to determine their requirements.

What should I expect at my first appointment?
Please arrive for your first appointment 15 minutes early. You will be asked to fill out paperwork if you have not printed the forms available on the new patients page. Once the paperwork is complete, you will be greeted by your therapist. If you are being seen by a physical therapist you will be taken back to a private examination room.
